What is Unite CARE?
UNITE'S Pastoral CARE Initiative will serve pastors facing pressures to quit full-time ministry and those who are simply struggling with the weight of burnout. Through three pastoral care tracks, we envision a comprehensive, asset-based approach to pastoral care, recovery, and maintenance. Our goal is to connect and support 50 pastors in the metro Atlanta area in 2023.
What is Unite Church CARE?
Pastors have issues with the "how to". And pastors have the solutions. But often, pastors don't gather to talk about practical and organizational difficulties and share their wins. Unite Church CARE is a monthly gathering focused on local pastors sharing organizational best practices.
Who is Invited
Pastors of Christian churches - Executive pastors, Lead pastors, Senior Pastors - the ones who make the final decisions for the organization.
